Some of the best life lesson I have learned from a TV Show
“I have already spent four years in university, it will be easy to pass the last one”
“I see my parents daily, surely tomorrow I will see them again”
“I have lived about eight thousand days (equivalent to twenty-two years), tomorrow will be eight thousand and one day lived”
We take everything for granted.
I took everything for granted. I keep doing it, but now consciously, and that ironically leads me not to take it all for granted.

We have nothing assured in this life, only death.
I was used to the fact that the protagonist of any work always wins, I think that unconsciously this model has affected us in some way. Yes, we are the protagonists of our life, but that does not mean that we have the right to everything, it does not mean that we have the right to victory, to success.
The first season of the series they paint Eddard Stark (the outlaw character in the photo) as the protagonist of the entire play. I even imagined him riding dragons and conquering kingdoms in the future. Just as we project ourselves mounted on top of success.
I assumed that this character was not going to die.
Upon reaching chapter nine of the first season, named Baelor, the king is accused of treason and sentenced to death. The protagonist?, Surely he is saved from that one. It cannot die. Eddard Stark is killed like any other supporting character.
We assumed that Eddard was going to be saved. But chaos went into action.

On the other hand, Berlin reminds us (3X08) that dying is a possibility.
- “Dying is a possibility”.
- “Only if you make mistakes”
- “no, NO !. That’s the funny thing. You are heading towards the most absolute chaos determined to maintain control. Of course there is chaos. He meddles with life all the time. No mistakes are necessary to kill you. It happens and you can’t avoid it. Accident. The mystery of life. So there is no point in living without enjoying.”
And this way of thinking I have reaffirmed in different more works.
